Locations & Facilities
Camps will be held at the Physical Activities Center (PAC), RFWC sand courts and inside the new USI Athletic Arena on the beautiful campus of the University of Southern Indiana. After camp concludes in the evenings, resident campers can play sand volleyball or get extra training from the staff during "grab a coach.
Resident Camper Info & Meals
Resident campers will stay in one of our air-conditioned dorms. These are suite style; 2 campers per room/4 per suite. Roommate requests will be taken and we will do our best to accommodate all requests. Meals will be catered in and served at the resident halls. Campers are expected to attend all meals that are included in their package. Dorm rooms have a mini fridge.

- Twin bed linens/pillow
- Sand volleyball attire (shirt/shorts/sandals)
- t-shirts/spandex/shorts for 7 sessions

- any braces (knee/ankle)
- water bottle (there are drinking fountains in the gym)

Arrival & Departure
Each camper will receive a confirmation email with a detailed camp schedule once they have completed the online registration process. Check in for camp will be held in the front lobby of the new Athletics Arena (near entrance to old PAC). Commuter campers will need to arrive each day just prior to the start of camp. On day one of camp, commuters still need to check in prior to 1pm. They will be escorted to the residence hall to await the start of camp with the other campers. Camp will conclude on the final day at approximately 4:30pm following a brief awards ceremony. Resident campers will then proceed to the residence hall and complete the checkout process.
Enrollment & Fees

A $50 deposit is due 7 days prior to the first day of camp.(Session 1 due June 17th and Sessions 2 due July 1st ). Remaining balance should be paid online no later than check-in on the first day of camp. Please note that the waiver and medical information is also online so you will not need to bring any paperwork to check-in. Refunds will only be issued for medical reasons. Any other refunds are issued at the discretion of the camp director.
